Unlike most of our roofing company competitors, Roofscapes, Inc. derives no revenue from selling green roof components. Roofmeadow® specifications promote design excellence, not specific green roof components. In fact, we draft our specifications so that they may be satisfied by a variety of suitable green roof components. The Roofscapes, Inc. and Roofmeadow® brands guaranty quality installations supported by long term warranties. We certify that the green roof components are compatible with each other and appropriate for the specific application. Roofmeadow® assemblies are landscape systems comprising the entire profile above the waterproofing and insulation, including growing media and plants. Consequently, Roofmeadow® assemblies can be installed over any type of waterproofing. Logic and experience suggests that no one green roof profile is appropriate for all green roof applications. Most European and American green roofs can be categorized in to one of five major profiles, i.e, Types I – V. The drainage/retention layer beneath the growing media primarily differentiates these five types.
